How the free plan works
You get 2 free checks for videos up to 1 minute; a re-check of a fixed video counts as one. You can also try Fix with Comply AI once and render once. Downloading fixed videos is part of the paid plans, or of a top-up.
Top-ups
A top-up adds 3,500 credits, one-time, valid for 12 months. It works on any plan, Free included, and needs no subscription. On a paid plan it's used after your monthly credits. On Free it's used after your free checks, and also unlocks more Comply AI fixes, more renders, downloads and videos up to 5 minutes.
How credits work
A paid plan gives you its credits for 30 days. A check or re-check uses 150 credits plus 4 per second of video (about 390 for a one-minute video), plus 100 for each extra platform. Fix with Comply AI uses 300 credits (500 for videos over 3 minutes), plus 500 for each thing of your own you ask it to find and hide. A render uses 100 credits plus 1 per second. Downloads are free. Unused credits roll over into the next month, up to one month's worth, while your plan stays active; carried credits are used first and don't roll over again. Need more before your plan renews? Add a top-up of 3,500 credits.
