Payments and invoices

How paying, renewal, refunds and invoices work.

Paying

Payments are handled securely by Razorpay. We don't store your card or bank details. Prices are in rupees in India and US dollars elsewhere. Indian prices are shown before GST: 18% GST is added at checkout and shown separately on your invoice. No GST is charged outside India.

Renewal

Each purchase gives you 30 days and the plan's credits. There is no auto-renewal, so nothing is charged again and there's nothing to cancel. Buy again before the 30 days end and your unused credits roll over, up to one month's worth. If the 30 days end first, your account returns to the Free plan and unused plan credits are lost. Top-up credits stay valid for 12 months either way.

Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable, including for unused time, checks or credits. Read the full refund policy.

Invoices

Download your invoices as PDFs from Settings, under Invoices.
