• Account Credentials: Email address and authentication tokens via Google OAuth or OTP login.
• Uploaded Media: Video files, audio streams, and captions submitted for quality assurance scanning.
• Billing Information: Payment records and transaction status processed via Razorpay. (We do not store credit card or banking details directly on our servers).

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is strictly used to render AI compliance checks, generate PDF audit reports, manage monthly subscription quotas, and issue legal GST invoices. We do not sell your personal data or uploaded media to third-party advertisers.

3. Your Uploaded Media

🛡️ Your uploads are used only to produce your report and to power the edits you make in ComplyCheck AI Studio. They are never used to train AI models and never shared with third parties for their own purposes.

Videos stay in your account so you can reopen a report or keep editing. You can ask us to delete your uploads at any time by writing to our support address, and we will remove them from our storage.
